Summary/Objective
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join the Sales Department at Raiday.ai. This role is centered on forging new relationships, nurturing leads, and closing deals to boost sales figures. Ideal candidates should possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a unique compensation model based solely on commission, rewarding successful sales achievements with generous revenue-sharing.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Promote and sell existing products available in our shop.
- Develop and implement strategies for new sales opportunities, suggest new products that can be added to our current offering, provide recommendation on pricing.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand product offerings and devise sales strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Utilize the provided CRM database for tracking sales and customer interaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for increased commission rates.
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding sales performance and potential for market growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven track record in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using CRM software, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mid-level experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
Salary/Benefits
- No basic salary; compensation is entirely commission-based.
- Earn 20% commission on the value of each product sold.
- Upon achieving monthly sales targets, commission increases to 30% of the net revenue generated.
- This role offers the potential for significant earnings based on sales performance with no set limits.
Work Location
- This is a full-time, work from home position, however we can also consider part-time collaborations for the greatest talent who want to round up their income with a side hustle.
- Candidates should have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
- Raiday.ai will provide leads, access to a CRM database, and an email address for communications.
- Note: A telephone and additional equipment will not be provided.
