By accessing or using our website located at raiday.ai (the “Site”) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms“, also referred to as as “Terms of Service” or “Terms and Conditions“) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Raiday Inc. provides a blog about AI and generative AI content as well an aggregator and marketplace for AI data products from third parties that are being reviewed and rated by our experts. Our services are available to users who sign up directly or using Google, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account (“Social Login”).

Our services are offered on an ‘as is’ basis, without any warranties. Raiday Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate our services at any time, without prior notice. Additionally, Raiday Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the materials on its website or any content linked to this website.

To facilitate the provision of our services, we may occasionally send you emails. You have the option to unsubscribe from these emails at any time, except when it is necessary to fulfill a service. Rest assured, we never disclose your email to third parties.

3. Registration and Account Security

a. To access our services, you must register directly via email or using Social Login. By doing so, you authorize us to access certain information from your social media account as per our Privacy Policy.

b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. User Conduct

a. You agree not to use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs, or renders the Site less efficient.

b. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any of our services.

c. You agree not to use the Site or services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

5. User-Generated Content

a. Users may submit, upload, publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) articles, product descriptions, comments, images, and videos on or through the Site (collectively, “User-Generated Content”).

b. By posting User-Generated Content on the Site, you grant Raiday Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such content in connection with the Site’s services.

c. Upon posting User-Generated Content, ownership of such content will transfer to Raiday Inc. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the content you submit and that you, not Raiday Inc., have full responsibility for the content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.

d. All User-Generated Content must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, or promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal activities.

e. Content creators represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your User-Generated Content and have the right to grant the license granted above to Raiday Inc.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Raiday Inc. reserves the right to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User-Generated Content for any or no reason, including if such content violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to do so.

At Raiday Inc. we prioritize the integrity and relevance of the content we publish. We reserve the right to publish reviews at our discretion, ensuring that they align with our website’s content and structure. Submitted content must prominently feature artificial intelligence and address one or more legitimate use cases. We will not consider any content that promotes illegal behavior such as but not limited to fraud, phishing, deception, child abuse, violence, terrorism, drug abuse, or any other unethical objectives for publication in our blog posts, reviews, or link insertions. Furthermore, Raiday Inc. reserves the right to refuse publication or the creation of backlinks to websites that are spammy, blacklisted, or might negatively impact our domain’s SEO and authority.

Even if a fee has been paid for premium service, content that fails to meet these standards will not be published or linked. Raiday Inc. may issue a refund at our complete discretion. Should we receive notification post-publication that a linked or reviewed page infringes on the aforementioned criteria, the content will be immediately removed from raiday.ai and no refund will be issued.

The materials found on the raiday.ai website may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Raiday.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any materials on this website. Raiday.ai reserves the right to modify the materials on its website at any time without prior notice and does not commit to updating the materials.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site and services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Raiday Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, action or practices of any third party websites or services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, arrangement, and layout of the Site, including but not limited to, the trademarks, photos, logos, and all other intellectual property rights contained therein, are owned by Raiday Inc., except where otherwise noted (such as for review materials described in point 9) with regards to “the Reviewed”.

You may only use our Content with our express, written consent. Modifying, publishing, transmitting, participating in the transfer or sale of, creating derivative works from, or exploiting any part or all of the Content in any way is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

9. Ownership and Attribution Policy for Review Materials

In compliance with the terms and conditions of our website, it is hereby clarified that all screenshots and materials utilized for reviews of tools, providers, libraries, and other entities are the sole property of the respective companies being assessed, herewith referred to as “the Reviewed”. Raiday Inc. does not claim ownership over these materials. Furthermore, we are committed to providing proper accreditation to the rightful owners of such content. As such, each company is always fully credited with an external link directing users to their official website or application, which is prominently featured on the same page as the review. We uphold transparency and integrity in our assessments, ensuring that proper acknowledgment is given to the creators and providers of the products and services under review.

If you decide to go for a Paid Premium review services, these terms and conditions must be accepted during checkout, and in any case even if you opt for a free review, by clicking the Submit Button on the, Submit AI Tool, Submit AI Provider and Submit AI content page, you express consent for us to test and write an expert independent content rich review using logos, images, screenshots or video about your tool/company/content. This review will be published on our portal with official link and credits to your Tool, you can reach to us for adjustment or removal later if needed. If we believe your tool rating is less than 4 star we will reach back before publishing the review. 5 star review will be published immediately to start bosting your website with quality traffic. In the review we usually discuss pros, cons, and pricing, which we will make our best to keep up to date with the official pricing, we will not us or offer different pricing and discount intentionally without permission.

In adherence to our commitment to transparency and accuracy, we also offer a streamlined process for review amendments. Should any errors, inaccuracies, or unintended information be present in our assessments, we welcome legitimate owners of the reviewed tools to engage with the Raiday.ai team for correction using the Contact Us forms. We value the integrity of our reviews and strive to ensure they accurately reflect the attributes of the products and services under examination. Legitimate owners can contact our team to request amendments, facilitating ongoing accuracy and reliability in our evaluations.

10 Marketing Campaign and Ads

We may run paid marketing campaign using channels such as but not limited to Google Ads, Yahoo/Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc. These marketing campaign are limited to our exclusive own branded blog posts, portal pages and products we sell in our “Shop“. However with full credit to “the Reviewed” their material may appear on free social media posts as well organic search.
We will not execute paid marketing campaign using style, brand and logos neither place paid bids or their name or variation of it nor create subdomain, use redirects or other similar illicit tactics to drive traffic and leads, also we will never run paid marking campaigns linking directly to “the Reviewed” portal without their consent or permission acquired by joining their affiliate programs.

11. GitHub raiday.ai Public Code License

The Raiday’s GitHub Public Code License allows users to utilize the code provided on our raiday.ai GitHub repository for various purposes, including integration into other websites or projects. However, users must ensure that there is a clear attribution to raiday.ai and a prominent backlink to our website. Proper credit must be given to raiday.ai for any code used, ensuring transparency and acknowledgment of our contributions. By accessing and utilizing our code from GitHub, users agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this paragraph.

12. Affiliate Terms

If you join our affiliate program, the below additional terms apply:

• you agree to our minimum payout
• either party have the authority to terminate the Contract with a seven-day (or 5 US business days whichever is longer) written notice
• you’re only allowed to use the affiliate promotional links and other marketing materials that are authorized by Raiday Inc. the below and similar approaches are prohibited:
  • promote invalid or fake coupon codes in any marketing channel
  • use any technology to generate affiliate clicks and orders
  • use different pricing and discounts with Raiday.ai official website without our permission
• bid on any Raiday.ai brand keywords, variations or misspellings of our brand name in search engine or social media advertising, such as Google Ads, Yahoo/Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc., including, but not limited to raiday, raiday.ai, raiday ai etc.
• use any raiday trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website
• affiliate commission of the referred order will be deducted from the affiliate account if it is returned by customers.
• any breach of the rules stated in the Affiliate Policy may result in contract termination and the reversal of remaining commissions

14. Limitation of Liability

Raiday Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raiday Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising from your use of the Site and services.

16 Changes to Terms

Raiday Inc. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raiday Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
